New ReviewerMy money was recently taken off my card this past Friday. I tried to make a payment for $5.30 the payment was made but I still wasn't able to watch premium videos and they're telling me that my card is an insufficient payment but the money was still take I don't see how that makes sense if your company does support the card then why was my money still taking her even called my bank and they told me the same thing and they said that they obviously the car doesn't for it because the money was taken off so that that's basically telling me that my bank is not a sufficient payment type so they basically giving me the runaround I've even had an agent take my phone number told me that they was going to call me between 28 and 48 hours and nothing has been resolved they keep telling me to revert back to an email that I can't even reply to this is sick and disgusting app
