I've been paying for Peacock for the past two months and I still cannot get access to Peacock. It keeps saying that I owe $7.99 and I've been paying it, but I still have not been getting to. I need a refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. apple customer service removed charge from credit card. Peacock offered absolutely no response what so ever
Solve my problem. I have already purchased a streaming service, however, I am unable to use it due to some sort of technical issue.

You keep taking money out of my bank account & have me shut off. You are ripping people off doing this. This is the second time you have *** me out of my money
As you can see in the pictures below you charged me twice & I still have now peacock

Premium account is stating “Something went wrong” and I can’t watch shows!!!
We pay for Peacock Premium and for the last few days we cant watch any shows on it. We get an error message (see photo attached). I cannot get anyone to help me and its very frustrating!!!

Give me a refund of the $7.99 I was charged last night (10/03). I just purchased a $13.99 package two days ago.
But, I was forced to buy another month so that I could watch a series that I paid $13.99 for two days ago. Give me a refund of $7.99.

I think you need to start listening to what people are telling you and I probably not the only one because I had a friend that was down down the hall for me and shes having the same problems paid for her TV paid for Peacock and it didnt go through, but they took her payment Im not gonna be that much people take my payment and get my peacock because you know what were older were seniors and we dont get that much much money coming in. I cant afford to lose it so either turn my peacock on and I think you owe me about a month or Im gonna get a hold of friends and Im gonna post my stuff on Facebook and Ill go through the Internet and I bet theyll be a lot of people but especially seniors that wont take you guys anymore at this time.

Apologies are words. Words are cheap.
I don't even want to hear it. Just give me what I paid for and leave me alone otherwise. I'm insulted by cheap meaningless verbal *** like "apologies" when that isn't what I ordered. Mealy mouthed professional phone voices are BS and I can't accept apologies from someone who had nothing to do with the problem.
That's cheap, meaningless PR from the sales group.
Compounds the issue. Now they're lying in addition to non performing.
