I called about my upgrade and was told I'd be transferred to tech support, and then I see a $55 charge from AskTech. I did not okay that charge.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They finally got around to giving me 4 months of credit.
I cannot get anyone to look into this issue. There is no customer service you can call, and the email responses are canned language.

My name is Marlene Cole. I'm calling about a subscription that I had for Peacock.
They overcharged me for a $39 subscription. They charged me a $117. Said my subs my refund was on its way to me. I never received it.
It was taken out of my bank account. I have the paperwork to prove that, but I can't get ahold of anybody about the issues I am having.

My tv keeps asking me to update payment information. I do and still it won’t open on tv. HELP
I'm trying to correct my TV again. As in photos, you see it keeps saying upgrade to watch.
I have done this twice. No results. It goes to the other screen and just gives the two color dots, which do nothing. Can someone please help?

Episode with out English subtitles Cadillacs dynasty episode 47 not transcribed into English. is now the second time there has been an episode not transcribed with English subtitle.
This also happened with episode 41 I believe there were no English subtitles. Please fix so I can watch and understand.

No customer support
Have live customer support over the phone and be willing to help the consumer fix the issues. Now im missing money and still no peacock.
It's funny they kept wanting a screenshot where my statement stated peacock. They new what was going on.
And then they just ended the chat in the middle of conversation. So sad.
