Paid for a month but only getting served 20 days
- Service canceled but charged for a full month with no refund options.
- Customer service is unreachable; an automated line ends the call.
They hung up before ever saying hello. I have been robbed with no recourse.
They took my money with a single press on a Roku tv; no password setup or account confirmation. I immediately cancelled when I saw I was only getting service from May 31 at 4:30pm until June 20 at 12:00 am yet being charged for a whole month of service.
There is no possible refund options nor any customer service button that links to this issue. When I try to call a number I have found through PissedConsumer a robot introduced themselves as NBC then cut the line.
Preferred solution: I would like the full month of service I was supposed to have been sold.
