I began watching the Celtics vs. Lakers live, then paused to run errands.
Returned home to resume, but it was playing in Spanish. I tried to adjust languages, thinking I accidentally hit a button, but my entire subscription is now being played in Spanish. The Amazon customer service/tech rep says, 'So you selected Spanish streaming.' I said, 'No, sir,' and he says, 'It says here you did.' I replied, 'If I had selected Spanish, why would I call?' He then says to call Peacock directly and see if they can solve it, because I don't know how to fix it. I go through five more hoops to get a number to find out no techs are available past 5 PM, lol.

No one is available to fix streaming or language issues after 5 PM when most humans are home and watching TV. Pretty bad all the way around by both Peacock and Amazon.

I have canceled my subscription through Xfinity. I'm not sure why you're trying to charge my credit card, but I went online to see my account, and it says I have no open account for Peacock, so it is canceled.

I have received other Peacock subscriber's complaints and that is helpful. Since I filed this complaint I have heard nothing from Peacock.
So there is no solution. We have 2 TV's and neither are receiving Peacock. When I try to click on it, all I get is a huge amount of time with the yellow circle (buffering) and then it shuts of, on both TV's. Do you give the Peacock a timeframe to resolve the problem?

They changed the price of my subscription and stole money. And they told me there is NO package that doesn't have ads.
I thought that Peacock would do something to correct the problems, constant buffering. Monetary restitution $10K
After my last email to Peacock, I have not heard back from them. Their last parting shot was that they raised my price and said that the $10.99 has ads, so does the $7.99.
They raised mine to $16.99.
I have proof of the price I was quoted for the lowest price with no ads, that is $10.99. I don't know what to do, my provider, who is not at fault, does not offer Peacock because they did not have a good relationship with Peacock.
We took them up on it. Just this week the trial period was over. We got an email from the other 3 but not from Peacock. I assumed we would be billed through the cable provider.
Turns out our provider feels that Peacock is so bad they don't have a relationship with them. This came directly from the provider. I contacted Peacock and have spent 2 days and still no app. They took the money out of my bank account and left me with nothing.
They told me that I had to pay MORE actually. The app does not ever come on. It buffers and that's all.
I told them they need to fix it and they argue and argue with me. I hate this and need some help.
