I subscribed to the Premium Plus plan because it allows certain movies and shows to be watched after downloading. I am about to go through a hurricane in Florida, so it's a regular occurrence for me to do this.
After I paid my $15.92, I was still told to 'Subscribe to Watch' on everything available.
It took me to the sign-in screen where it told me that 'You are not subscribed'. I want my money back because why am I playing hide and seek with customer service during a storm?

- Not having a more in depth ai program to resolve issues
- Error with payment on app

I received an email from Peacock stating my subscription has ended, prompting me to renew it. However, when I try to send you an email, there is no option for it.
I can use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others, noting that Facebook owns them. Despite Facebook being full of scams, you don't have an icon for an email? It's rather ridiculous to me. It appears I must have an account or wait to call you about a potential scam and then proceed to send a screenshot.
I won't waste my time on this when I am already spending it.
Your lack of attention to such a minor yet essential detail as an email option is surprising, and it's rather ignorant for a major corporation to miss that. I must resort to using other social media platforms because of this oversight, which is absolutely substandard.

But you can use Facebook Instagram which Facebook bought and if I can't contact a company without having an account then the *** with them I shouldn't even have spent this amount of time but I did it for the customers look at the email. Google allowed a fake AOL to get through to my Gmail talk about security and data privacy

I was not billed $2.99 as I should have been. I was charged $7.99.
The receipt from PEACOCK shows $2.99. The payment taken was $7.99. I am unable to contact PEACOCK. I rate their customer service zero.
I will cancel if it is not resolved.
$2.99 was their offer with verification. Please fix it.

I applied for a trial but was charged $7.99 for premium. When I sign in, it states that I only have a free, limited version and requests that I upgrade to premium. Please either refund me or release my premium for the month.
