Peacock should have a 24/7 customer service line! I haven't been able to watch my Peacock Premium since I paid for it on 12-31-2024!
I'm being ripped off.
I don't know why, but I paid for it through my Apple Pay for the subscription, and I used to pay through Amazon for a long time without any problems. However, I'm unable to watch it now.
Preferred solution: A free 6 month Subscription for Peacock Premium for the inconvenience.

I restarted my Peacock Premium on 12-31-2024 yet Im unable to watch it. Im being asked to sign up when I already have and paid $15.14 for it. Its been paid for for over two days and Im unable to watch Peacock Premium!

My credit card has been charged twice a month now for a service that was paid annually and doesn't end till June 2nd but yet I'm still getting charged twice a month for the service and can't get a hold of anybody to get this canceled out. Do not sign up with peacock at all

Peacock customer service sucks as I stared before
Have 24hr. Customer service especially wghen I called during business hrs.
@ approx.10:30pm..
Peacock states the hrs. are until 1:00am.

I looked at my credit card bill and saw that I was charged twice. Once was for 7.99 and again for 19.99. Why was I charged 19.99?

Purchased a subscription until 01/29. Worked for a while and then I could not get most of the channels offered.
Contacted you and was told the account could not be found.
When I go into peacock and click into account it show name email address and payment until January 2029. Please help me straighten this out

Called to have Peacock on my new TV. The representative ask me different questions.
( Already had account on cell phone) Said he needed to verify that it was me and updated my account. He asked for my info and the card I used to pay the bill. Then he asked if I had a backup card to add to my account. I said no.
So he said give him a few minutes to verify. Well my bank sends me notifications everytime a transaction is tried and I check the notifications and it had 1 from Peacock for a $1 and then 5 more in a row for $50 trying to be made through Target. I don't shop at target!
But according to the customer service it wasn't from the representative and there would be no further investigation. It is a very big coincidence that the bank notifications were all only a few minutes apart!

I have a Peacock account; I cannot connect to it. I tried to call Customer Support and waited for it to go around two times before I finally received a code. After inputting the code, I never received a response.

I subscribed to the Premium Plus plan because it allows certain movies and shows to be watched after downloading. I am about to go through a hurricane in Florida, so it's a regular occurrence for me to do this.
After I paid my $15.92, I was still told to 'Subscribe to Watch' on everything available.
It took me to the sign-in screen where it told me that 'You are not subscribed'. I want my money back because why am I playing hide and seek with customer service during a storm?

- Not having a more in depth ai program to resolve issues
