New Reviewermy elderly mother had an offer for black friday price of 2.99 a month for service. when I tried helping her to get this offer I was told it was no longer available.
the rep asked for email and name first in case of getting cut off which imagine that we did get cut off. I received an email which then offered us 39.99 for a year or peacock premium. when I replied asking how to get this deal and what we needed to do I got no reply. I emailed support asking and again no reply.
so I went back to chat and after 30 minutes waiting I reached Mohammad who informed me that was a limited special and no longer valid. I said sir I was just offered this deal from ajeet an hour ago that must have been super limited. I offered to show him the email from ajeet and he disconnected me. strange I received no email after that contact.
so my 77 year old mother was very upset as she's retired and was looking forward to having it. I decided to get online last night and no exaggeration I was in queue from 730 pm until 1136 pm after getting down to 14 in line I didn't move from that position for over an hour. to my dismay I logged off and back in where I waited until 1136 pm to finally speak to or chat with sandeesh. he was polite helpful gave me the code that he promised would work and I even double checked saying all I need to do is go to site you give me enter her personal info and apply this code and it would work and all would be fine.
yes that is correct he replied. well guess what that code didn't work she's upset I wasted an entire evening trying to help her and it was all deceptive and code did not work period. they don't show a number to call it says chat or email only well that got me nowhere obviously. I screen shot every chance showing my place in queue and time involved.
in my opinion the owe me minimum wage of 15 an hour for the 5 hours total of my dealing with them.
plus her year for the original price of 2.99 a month. has anyone else had this issue?
