- - Password kept being rejected after 5+ change attempts.
- - An Xfinity technician was sent but the issue remains.
I have been trying to put in my password several times. It keeps telling me that it is not right to change it, and I did that more than once, at least 5 times.
I have a package deal with Xfinity, so they sent someone out that didn't work. I need help.

Peacock has not been granted authorization to deduct fees from my checking account ending in serial #3237. I have reported this unlawful transaction to my credit union, and I am requesting Peacock to reverse the charges for the amount of $16.99.
I plan on restoring my membership when I am able to afford it. Please email my confirmation number when you have reversed the charge.

I was charged 10.99 two times and 7.99 once for Peacock streaming
Please credit back the extra charges to my bank account as I only need one 10.99 charge to remain for this.

2 subscriptions came out of my bank account
I signed up for peacock. I did the annual subscription $79 and then decided I to do $169 subscription instead.
But both of the money came out of my account. I need the $79 refund. I have been leaving messages on voicemail but no one has called me back.
Please help me get my money refunded. Thank you!

I don't understand why I'm still being charged ! This is crazy and I want my money back , I cancled my plan in November and have been charged each month since so yeah I'm preety pissed consumer!!! Please help get my money back !!!

The reason is that you charged my American Express card automatically without letting me know you're renewing it. That's why I need to cancel my service, and I need my money back, please, and my American Express.

This is exactly why I cancelled with them. They charged me $170 with no email or text in advance.
I called to cancel and they talked me into a cheaper monthly option, but after checking my bank statements today, realized that they started charging me more again two months ago! This also with no heads up, just out of the blue. If I hadn't checked my statement, I never would have known. Their excuse was that my "promotional period" ended.
Again, with no warning or heads up that they would be charging me more. Terrible business practices.
